Note Pad and Pen Sets for Hostess Gifts

A set of 8 gift tags with string makes the perfect hostess gift. These gift tag sets are ordered in minimums of 4 names per order. Each order is $48 which means you will receive 4 sets of 8 tags at $12 each set. It's hard to find any other adorable $12 hostess gift! Gift tags measure 2.375 x 4" and are pre-drilled then wrapped in clear cellophane bags with ribbon.

Shipping is additional based on the size of your order.

When ordering these items please add the following information in the "Personalization Instructions" box.

1. The 4 unique names you would like for the tags. Please note single letter monogram desired also for each tag.
2. The print color you would like for your order. The choices are marigold, sage, pink, or blue. All pads must be printed in the same color.
3. The design/format you would like for your order. The choices are Gunn, Donald, Gilbert, Lofton . All pads must use the same design.

If you are ordering more than 4 sets (8 sets, 12 sets, etc) then please complete your first order and add to cart, then complete another order and add to cart, etc.
