Wedding Programs

Here is a little helpful information about wedding programs from Fresh Ink. All pricing requires a 100 pc minimum. Please keep in mind that often a couple takes one program between them (with the exception of wedding programs used as fans outdoors) so please plan your number accordingly.

Mini Program - this program measures 4" x 9" flat and is a great option if you want a concise and cost-effective program. You will need to keep your information very minimal so that the typography can be legible. Pricing is $2 per program plus a $50 setup fee per proof. The Cody program is a sample of this size.

Medium Program - this flat program measures 4.25 x 11" and allows for more detailed information at a good price point. The cost is $2.50 per program plus a $50 setup fee per proof requested. It can also be sized to 5.5" x 8.5" flat however this is less common than the tall slender format. The Gentry program is a sample of this size.

Folded Program - this folded program can measure 4.25 x 11" or 5.5 x 8.5" when folded and allows 4 panels for more detailed information. Typically the event overview is on the cover, the order of ceremony is on the inside left, the wedding party is on the inside left, and the family and other credits are on the back cover. This program is $3 each plus a $50 setup fee per proof requested. The Ragland program is a sample of this size.

You can add ribbon to the folded program shown for an additional $100 flat fee for drilling the holes, $4.50 per program for silk ribbon, and $3 per program for assembly if desired. The Woodward program is a sample of this format.
